The Drive link isn't working — what now?

Check:

1. Is Drive connected at the agency level? Open Settings → Integrations → Google Drive — does it say "Connected"?
2. Is a root folder chosen? Without a root folder, Senly can't match or create client folders.
3. Does the linked Google account have access to the folder? The account you've connected must have edit rights on the root folder.
4. Token expired? OAuth tokens sometimes expire. Click Reconnect in the settings.
