The Activity tab in CRM is a chronological feed of EVERYTHING happening in your sales team: new leads, stage changes, won deals, mail sent, tasks completed, meetings booked.
Filter on:
- Employee — what did setter X do this week?
- Date range — today, this week, this month.
- Event type — only stage changes, only mail, etc.
Ideal for team stand-ups and performance reviews — you see at a glance who did what, without opening every lead card.
