What is the response time of support?

Normal – within 4–8 hours on weekdays
Urgent (portal fully unreachable) – within 1–2 hours

Our support team is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:30. Messages outside these times are picked up the next business day.

Outside business hours, you can see via the Senly status page whether there's a general incident going on.
