The person profile is a free text description of the person behind the client. You use it to capture communication style, preferences, sensitivities and personal background. Ideal for handover between managers — if you're on vacation or a colleague takes over the client, they immediately know how to best deal with this person.
Example: "Mark is direct in communication, no smalltalk needed. Likes humor but no sarcasm. Works late evenings — don't call him before 11am. Always wants to review captions himself before publication."
