The Launchpad is role-dependent. An admin sees, for example, tasks for brand identity and team invitations, while a setter only sees tasks relevant for their role (add first lead, link email).
Change role during use? Then the Launchpad adapts automatically — non-relevant tasks disappear, new role tasks come in.
