Go to CRM → Settings → Scoring rules. Award points for specific actions or properties:
- "Mail opened" +5
- "Link clicked" +10
- "Booking page visited" +15
- "Form submitted" +25
- "Tag 'hot'" +20
The score is calculated automatically per lead. Leads above a threshold get a hot lead badge on their card so your sales energy goes to the most promising contacts.
Scores are visible in the Pipeline (next to the value) and are filterable in the lead list.
