Go to CRM → Reports. Per pipeline you see:
- Number of leads per stage
- Conversion rate from stage to stage (% that moved on)
- Average time in each stage
- Win rate broken out by source, by setter, and by month
- Pipeline value — sum of all open lead values
Handy for finding bottlenecks: where do most leads get stuck? Which setter has the best win rate? Which source delivers the largest deal size?
