Open the lead card and pick the desired employee in Owner. Sales roles (Appointment Setter, Sales Manager, Closer) then only see their own assigned leads in the pipeline.
For automatic assignment: go to CRM → Settings → Lead routing and pick a strategy:
- Round-robin — distribute evenly across all setters.
- By workload — least-busy setter gets the lead.
- By tag — e.g. tag "hospitality" → setter A, tag "retail" → setter B.
- By time zone — match setter location with lead time zone.
Manual override remains possible at all times.
