How do I set up a custom sender email for my agency?

In Settings → Agency → Email config you fill in:

  • From name — what the recipient sees as sender (e.g. "Studio X" or "Team Studio X").
  • From address — the email address that goes in the FROM header (e.g. `noreply@studiox.com`).

After saving, ALL transactional mail (booking, reminders, cookie expiry, invoice status, etc.) automatically goes through that address. Senly tries first to send via a connected mail account for optimal deliverability; falls back to Resend with your sender if that fails.

Sending not working? First check that SPF/DKIM for your domain are configured correctly — otherwise mail ends up in spam.
