Go to CRM → Automations → New. An automation consists of:
1. Trigger — when does the flow start? (e.g. "Lead moved to stage X", "Tag added", "Lead created from source Y", "X days no activity")
2. Actions — what should happen? (send mail via template, create task for owner, add tag, Slack notification, webhook to external system)
Ideal for repetitive actions you would otherwise do by hand every time — e.g. automatic follow-up mail 3 days after a quote, or a task for the Closer as soon as a lead is set to "Call back".
