Monthly (statistics + financial)

  • Net profit per client + per team member
  • Margin per service package (Manage vs Grow vs Other)
  • Number of posts published vs scheduled

Per quarter (strategic)

  • YoY growth in revenue and team size
  • Time-to-content (idea → published)
  • Client NPS / satisfaction
