An Appointment Setter is a sales role: cold-calling/emailing leads to book a first appointment. Access to:
- CRM — only leads assigned to them
- Own pipeline, own activity log
- Booking flow (to schedule appointments for Closer)
- Tools & AI (for outreach emails, scripts, etc.)
- No clients, content calendar or financials
- No view of other people's leads
Their own commission and flat-fee overviews are visible.
