Senly has six roles for team members:
- Admin — agency owner / office manager. Full access to everything
- Manager — social media manager. Clients + content + tasks. No financials by default
- Appointment Setter — sales: approach cold leads, book first appointment
- Closer — sales: conduct calls, close deals
- Sales Manager — sales role with portfolio oversight + deal closing
- Super Admin — only for Senly owner (not for agencies)
