Senly has specific sales roles that each get their own view of the CRM:
- Appointment Setter — books appointments from cold outreach. Only sees leads they have brought in themselves or been assigned.
- Sales Manager — coordinates the sales team. Sees their own leads + leads of the team below them.
- Closer — runs the final sales calls. Sees leads that have been passed on by setters.
Each role has its own commission structure that the Admin configures in Finance → Employee costs. The role determines which leads are visible AND the financial calculation.
