Won — the lead became a client. The card disappears from the active pipeline and is kept separately for reporting. Afterwards, create a client profile manually via the Clients page (or let the pipeline automation do that).
Lost — the lead did not go through. Senly asks for a reason (No budget / No fit / Time / Competitor / Ghost / Other). That reason can later be broken out in the Leakage analysis so you see trends ("60% lost due to budget" = signal to review your pricing).
Both statuses are preserved and are accessible via filters in CRM and in Reports.
