Step-by-step per connection:
1. Check status — go to Admin → Integrations and see if the provider is on green "Active". Yellow/red? Click Reconnect.
2. Master credentials — if red "Not configured", the Senly master credentials aren't available. Contact support.
3. Specific client — does the connection work, but not for one client? Check whether the external contact ID (GHL Contact ID, Metricool Blog ID, Canva Design ID) is correct in the client profile.
4. Token expired — sometimes your OAuth token expires after long inactivity. Disconnect and Connect again solves it.
