Senly has rate limits per user and per IP address to prevent abuse. You get this error on:
- 5+ failed logins within 10 min → wait 15 min
- Too many API calls at once (e.g. via Zapier workflow) → spread your calls or contact support for a higher limit
- Bulk action on more than 200 items → split into batches
Almost always wait 5-15 minutes and try again. Persistent? Send a screenshot to support — we can consult server logs.
