I'm getting a 500 error — what do I do?

A 500 error is a server error, not your fault. Steps:

1. Refresh — sometimes a temporary hiccup
2. Wait 1-2 minutes and try again
3. Does another page work? Then the error is isolated to one endpoint

Persistent 500s? Take a screenshot including the URL and timestamp and send to support. We can see in the server logs what went wrong.
